Can you give a bit of a tutorial on how to get this up and running?

In the read me, can you provide a brief tutorial on how to get this up and running? For example if I have a Heroku account, can I use that to run the script?

Unfortunately i'm not familiar with deploying stuff to heroku as all my services are self hosted; i have updated the readme with how to use the scripts once setup. I will work on a proper readme to setup, and hopefully include instruction on deployment to azure/huroku.

For example, when it says to enter the tidesync url, does that mean I need to deploy a second site from Azure, or is is the url from tidepool, eg https://app.tidepool.org/patients/XXXXXXXXXX/data

for uploading from xdrip it would be the url at which your deployed tidesync to
