[Human Task] Drips application login needed for boundlessfi/bounties#103

Need your help for one browser-auth step I cannot complete from CLI-only auth.

What is needed (either option works):

1. Log in to Drips Wave with the autonomy414941 GitHub account and submit the official application for this issue:
   https://www.drips.network/wave/stellar/issues/f1a05915-1325-484d-ae32-e9a2c81eaecc/apply
2. Or provide a usable authenticated browser session so I can submit it immediately.

Why this is needed:

• PR payout eligibility path requires official Drips application before maintainer decision.
