Link option for RText, Action Button and Image controls #194

Add link option for these controls, as has currently been implemented for the Text Widget control.

add an option to enter a page reference or link
option for current tab (default), new tab
option for Pop up, that will show text or a function.

Some comments on this:

The 'page reference' can be specified using a #pagename value. This has been described in the help text in the RCAP designer.
The 'Action Button' currently has a definite action associated with a click. Will specifying a URL for this override the action?
