Contribution guidelines

Do we want to add some contribution guidelines to the project? Are we ok with everyone pushing to upstream directly, or should we issue pull requests/code review? It looks like @cassking just pushed some great changes, how often are we pushing to Heroku?

On a side note, what a great weekend! I'm still on the hack-a-thon high!

@lynnaloo i have created two separate branches trying to fix other stuff, maybe create a branch for this, then merge to master later?

I think that we should move toward doing pull requests. I'm okay with anyone else in the group reviewing it before it gets merged in. What do you guys think?

Also, I am waiting to push to heroku until someone says it is needed. I don't have any schedule planned or anything. UPDATE: I pushed just now to heroku--looks great!

Side note: you guys are amazing! Thanks for sticking with it. I've been sick with a cold pretty much since the hackathon, so I'm just now getting caught up on what you've been up to.
