Merge pull request #1886 from pguyot/w41/fix-jit-test-to-pass-avmint64-tuple

Update JIT tests to use `{avm_int64_t, _}` for 64 bits integer

These changes are made under both the "Apache 2.0" and the "GNU Lesser General
Public License 2.1 or later" license terms (dual license).
