Stable 40Hz on R02 by disabling non-accelerometer sensors

I get 35-45Hz on a companion android app for raw accelerometer data using this. 0x04 stable, 0x03 gets 75Hz but shows same instability as the old EvenFasterRawValues at 0x04 did at around 40Hz (i.e. BLE disconnections)
