use box64 and chroot to compile and run cursor x64 on aarch64
linux could use arch64 cursor nix derivation if I somehow compile box64. On pmos I was able to do this by making a debian chroot, installing build dependencies for the project, then compiling in the debian chroot.

cursor on arm is available now. I've created a nixpkgs Pull Request for this to happen.
