Hi,
It seems that the last release of arrayfire-python dates from 2 years ago, while there is a release of ArrayFire a few weeks ago. Do these not need to be kept in sync ? Can I just install the release from 2 years ago with the new version of ArrayFire ?
Installing from the github master branch is a big no-no, so please don't suggest it.

Ah, ok. Any ETA on this ? I have a user who wants this installed with the python wrapper, but the current state is kind of a limbo, with the two latest versions not matching.
The 3.8.0 should be going out early next week. This is a smaller change so the update shouldn't take too long. I would think in a couple of weeks(from now) for the wrappers to be updated.
