Add back Cucumber Lambda feature

Dependency cucumber-java8 is not compatible with JDK. So, all tests written with Lambda support were changed to simple Java solution. Let's wait for the solution in see cucumber/cucumber-jvm#1817.

It seems cucumber-java8 will be deprecated -> see cucumber/cucumber-jvm#2174.

The cucumber-java8 dependency was removed after all.
