spring-webflow breaks with newest Spring Boot #4

When I build enhanced-pet-clinic with the newest version of Spring Boot, I get an error after clicking create user on the form. There is an error about the attribute map being empty. Any ideas?

Sorry for the non-communication. I have been swamped, but I do want to update this project.
I'm currently updating every library version, and working on updating out of date code.
I'll let you know as soon as it's done.
