installation error in azure VM linux ubuntu 18

Hi, I am using
storage_image_reference_offer = "UbuntuServer"
storage_image_reference_sku = "18.04-LTS"
storage_image_reference_version = "latest"
azure_vm_size = "Standard_DS3_v2"

For the installation i used

./scripts/install.sh -o -P $MY_AZURE_PUBLIC_IP

the issue seems to be with the operator part. It might be similar to #108
