It would be great if CommunityRitualEffect (or a new effect type) could accept configurable parameters that call into MineColonies' citizen system — for example, temporarily applying a speedModifier > 1.0 to all citizens' ICitizenData, or reducing remainingTicks on current tasks. This would integrate cleanly with existing mechanics like skill-based work speed and University research.
