Python Strategy Generation Support #4

Hey,
I was checking out the repo and noticed the strategy generator currently outputs only C# algorithms. Since LEAN also supports Python, I think adding a Python option would be useful for people who prefer working in Python.
What I can add:
a --lang python flag in rag_agent.py
generate a Python QCAlgorithm (main.py)
auto-create the LEAN folder structure + config for Python
make sure it runs smoothly with lean backtest
include a couple of simple Python example strategies
If this sounds good, I can start working on it.
