I have unplug my net wire
(Which means I 'm in totally offline environment)
But why there is still upload and download value?
Is it reasonable? (Or anyone can help explain? )

That's a loopback interface, and since it exists independently of any physical interface, you can expect it to show up even when everything else is unplugged.
