Apply current hue to row is not working

Clicking on "Apply current hue to row" has no effect.
It's also not throwing any error in the console

Actually, the hue is being copied, but since the basic palette being added is grey, chroma is always zero which makes it look like copying the hue has no effect.

So ideally either copying the hue should also copy the chroma value. But this might have some unwanted effect.

Better would be two functions, one to copy the chroma value to the row, the other one to copy the chroma value to the whole column
