Subject: [PATCH] Switch the WSL image download link to the new Fastly CDN
 mirror

We are now using / promoting the new Fastly CDN mirror as the default one for releng projects (see https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/archlinux-wsl/-/issues/17)
