Found in v6.2.6

Concepts that are not found within the ConceptScheme selected by a concept node can be searched upon, selected and saved into a tile.

See example below:
concept_leak_v6

It seems to happen when searching an entire concept keyword that exists within any ConceptScheme in the RDM. In the example above I've created "days" and "months" concepts to demonstrate this.

Note: It seems like this is only a version 6 issue, and cannot be replicated in version 7.5.

@SDScandrettKint This may be fixed in the latest. Can you test this against 6.2.7 or dev/6.2.x?

@chiatt Just tested this in dev/6.2.x and you are correct, the issue is fixed in this branch! I'll close the issue.
