[Bug]: Clicking Initiative Roll buttons while holding down hotkeys for rolling group initiative (Shift/Ctrl) does nothing.

Expected Behavior

Of all the selected tokens in the Combat Tracker, those which share the same actor would roll the same initiative value.

Current Behavior

Literally nothing happens. The de facto effect of holding down Shift/Ctrl is that it locks any initiative from being rolled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the module and dependencies.
2. Add tokens to Combat Tracker. Have some tokens belong to the same actor, and make sure they are unlinked.
3. Hold down ShiftLeft, ShiftRight, CtrlLeft, CtrlRight, or any hotkey assigned to the function of "Roll Group Initiative," as shown in Configure Controls.
4. Click any initiative button. The ones I have tested are as follows: the D20 icons next to actors in the Combat Tracker, the Roll All/Roll NPCs buttons at the top left of the Tracker, and the "Roll Initiative" button in the Token HUD (requires Token HUD module).

Context

This problem produces no errors in the F12 console.
