Mark Actor in group as a 'Leader' for purpose of initiative bonus

Problem

When the actors are put into the initiative, they are placed there in seemingly random order. This order is kept when putting the Actors into groups and only the bonus to the initiative of the first Actor in the group is used to roll. If the group consists of multiple Actors with different initiative bonuses, I would want an option that would allow to always take the bonus of the Actor with the highest initiative bonus + potentially the one that has an advantage on the initiative.

Solution

Add a setting to the module that will let the user choose which actor from the group will be the 'leader' and as such his initiative rolling will be used for the whole group.
