Description

In the HTML version of arXiv:2512.02227v1, every inline citation renders as the raw BibTeX key instead of a resolved label. The keys are styled as links but have no target, so clicking does nothing. Example (Sec. 1): "…conveyed, and executed [treleaven2013algorithmic, aldridge2013hft, kissell2013science]." Expected: [1, 2, 3] linked to the bibliography or source as seen on the pdf version.
