Error when installing

When installing using the following in virtualenv:
pip install -e git+https://github.com/aptivate/cmsbootstrap.git#egg=cmsbootstrap

I receive the following:

Collecting django-mptt==0.5.2,==0.6,==0.6.1 (from django-cms->cmsbootstrap)
  Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement django-mptt==0.5.2,==0.6,==0.6.1 (from django-cms->cmsbootstrap) (from versions: 0.1, 0.2, 0.2.1, 0.3.0, 0.3.1, 0.4.0, 0.4.1, 0.4.2, 0.5.0, 0.5.1, 0.5.2, 0.5.3, 0.5.4, 0.5.5, 0.6.0, 0.6.1)
  No distributions matching the version for django-mptt==0.5.2,==0.6,==0.6.1 (from django-cms->cmsbootstrap)

It turns out that pip 6.0.6 no longer support the format in django-mptt==0.5.2,==0.6,==0.6.1.
installing pip==1.5.6 worked fine
