Filter out errors by part of backtrace

Some errors are very generic in Javascript, but the backtrace gives important context. In a ton of cases we can filter out a bunch of errors not based on the description, but based on the backtrace. See screenshot as an example:

Have a way to filter out based on Backtrace. The same as we now have for ignoreErrors
