[Feature] Detailed Statistics (providers, datasets)

I think a really awesome feature that would set DDM apart would be some nice statistics that show where datacap is going (which datasets, which providers). It’s slightly different from the other things we have in DDM right now. We will need new “data stats” api on the backend. Here are some wireframes:

The idea is you can either start by providers, and see what’s been replicated to each, or by dataset
