Hi Miguel,

I noticed that yaml.tcl states:

yaml.tcl,v 0.3.6 2011-08-23 15:06:25 KATO Kanryu([email protected])

It is published with the terms of tcllib's BSD-style license.

See the file named license.terms.

However, license.terms is not checked in, so it is unclear whether or not the BSD license terms apply to the entire repository. Would you be willing to add this file?

Hi Joseph,
I think that it's better that you speak with Andreas Kupries. He is maintaining tcllib. The author of that code is Kato Kanryu. I only tried to improve the original code and make a contribution. For me, it's all BSD license.
