Data residency support

Hello,

Data residency was introduced in Apigee X and Hybrid for Control Plane.

Currently, connection for Drupal exists for apigee.googleapis.com, while data residency can have $country-apigee.googleapis.com prefix.

We found in the handler the URL, but don't want to change it hardcoded, any plans for adding this?

Currently we do not have any plans to change the current implementation.
But if in future, if we have plan, then we can update re-open this ticket.

Well, in current situation with DRZ I think customer does not have any portal solution:

1. integrated poral not supported currently with DRZ (as per docs last I checked)
2. Drupal also can't do that
