Special chars

Some services don't handle special chars correctly, for example: special_dir !@#$%^&*()_+-=;'><,?

IPLD raw

Some services don't support returning application/vnd.ipld.raw, like https://cloudflare-ipfs.com

Even with header accept: application/vnd.ipld.raw, the gateway still returns plain HTML.

w3link doesn't support raw format
