[Bug] markLine visibility depends on series data values

Steps to Reproduce

Deselect 'L1' from the legend, and the second series makLine disappears. This is due to second series data being smaller than the makLine value.

Current Behavior

The second series makLine disappears.

Expected Behavior

The second series makLine should remain visible regardless of data values.
