Version bump to v25.9.23 means Arrow no longer compiles.

Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.

The FlatBuffers files need to be compiled to match the runtime. The generated files look for the version marker and won't compile.

There's a second issue, which is the reason I didn't use v25.9.23 in #93 - it introduces a breaking change.

I suggest we compile for FlatBuffers v25.2.10 or later. Latest v25.9.23 introduces another issue in that allowReadingUnalignedBuffers is no longer supported on ByteBuffers #92

allowReadingUnalignedBuffers is no longer supported. This API is used in a few places, for example:

        var footerBuffer = ByteBuffer(
            data: footerData,
            allowReadingUnalignedBuffers: useUnalignedBuffers
        ) 

I'm not sure why CI is not picking this up.

Hi, seems this should be reopened? I’ve tried master branch and faced this error. Also could not find any fixes in commit history.

@pro100filipp I closed this because I realised it's part of the work on #78 but let's re-open it anyway because that fix might take a long time.

This isn't picked up by CI because the parent project is using a different version of FlatBuffers (v25.2.10), but when opening the sub-project, ./Arrow/Package.swift is used instead of Package.swift.

I think this can be fixed in one of two ways:

1. Either fix the FlatBuffers version to 25.2.10 in ./Arrow/Package.swift
2. Migrate the project structure to the standard layout which will prevent issues like this from happening again.
