Split Mechanical-DPF stage in geometry-mechanical-dpf workflow

I would like to see this stage split into 2 - and thus having a Mechanical (XX.Y) stage and a DPF (XX.Y) stage. We can do this in a follow up PR if you prefer, that's fine
