Support for more lattice element types

The function initialize_element(elIdx, lfirst), called from daten() and dynk_setvalue(), should support all single elements in the current LHC lattice. Currently, crabcavities are fully supported (with all multipole orders), RF cavities are somewhat supported (but currently disabled for DYNK). Multipoles need more work.

We will need to talk to Riccardo about the multipoles case (email I sent long ago and nobody answered), i.e. :

"The thing is that we can't find anywhere in the code the support for el(i)=0. It just seems that the code doesn't account for that option, so we were wondering if we missed something or if we should include this case by hand."
