Thanks a lot for your awesome plugin. I used to add all these book metadata manually which was pretty boring.
Another handy variable that you can add to your plugin, is Library Classification. There are a few well-developed systems for book and/or knowledge classification e.g., Library of Congress Classification (LCC), Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC), and Korean decimal classification (KDC). In each of these classification systems, you can query an ISBN and get the classification code (see www.oclc.org).
Personally, I include the classification category code at the beginning of each book's .md file name, so as to maintain the categorical order of books in my Library folder.
