Same issue, perhaps, but with a twist - my right-side monitor is in portrait mode. Also seems like the screen resolution is incorrect as well:
From xrandr:
DP-3 connected primary 4480x2520+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 697mm x 392mm
DP-2 connected 2160x3840+4480+0 right (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 597mm x 336mm
The example does not align with my monitors as seen here:

This might be an issue with Wayland and double monitors and/or Nvidia, here are my specs:
Monitor 1 (left): Iiyama North America 27" at 1920p x 1080p (16:9), 143.98 Hz
Monitor 2 (right): Acer Technologies 23" at 1920p x 1080p (16:9), 60.00 Hz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
Running Fedora Linux 40 Workstation
Desktop: GNOME 46
Windowing System: Wayland
