Manual install on BSD -

Hi,
I've done the composer install into a blank directory and make the cache folder writeable by www
When I go to the wpkg settings web page I get an error:

 Error 500: Internal Server Error
An Internal Error Has Occurred.

Error: An Internal Error Has Occurred. 

I have gone to the next part of the install and get a bash error:

root@famp-server:/usr/local/www/wpkg/app # ./Console/cake CakeInstaller
env: bash: No such file or directory

Any ideas?
