Replace Prettier Action with pretty-quick pre-commit

Describe the bug

We have been facing some problems with prettier action and we decided to replace it using a different approach.

Note: We had a conversation about the problem in another PR (in can check it the following URL - #296)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. All current PR's are broken in the prettier action phase

Expected behavior

Replace the current tool with pretty-quick.
