[FEATURE] Add support for Ruby projects

Add support for Ruby projects. Can scan Gemfile for it.

Checklist and things to note after Ruby projects support:

• Separate cmd param for ruby --ruby
• Check auto-detection language as well if it's able to identify ruby projects well.
• Tests
• Readme update
• Contributing guide update
• Justfile update (if needed)

Prerequisites

• You should know Ruby.
• You should have a couple of Ruby projects to check various use-cases with.
• If there are any other way for Ruby project than Gemfile, should support that as well.
