We don't want to make the program bloated, nor take up too space on any machine running feluda, so while implementing memory storage, we should keep an expiry or something, after which it should clear by itself.
Either we run a background sub-routine if memory option is used or add a cronjob.
This will end up serving both as watch and cache db.
