Module uses no longer supported Search API #730

What happened?
Starting this Monday it became apparent that actions like Issue.Search are no longer functioning. The Jira API has been updated to use a new v3 search endpoint endpoint, and new Jira Issue format needing to be serialized. This change is described in: https://developer.atlassian.com/changelog/#CHANGE-2046
How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?
Any attempt to use Search on a jira cloud instance will now fail.
