Support for Windows

Andrew,
I see that in the Readme file you had mentioned that naught supports only POSIX OS. 
My question is, if i do not use command line for using naught and if don't depend on signals like SIGHUP or SIGTERM, can i use this in Windows ? Or you see any other issues with supporting Windows ?
