intended to supersede #883
here it's rebased and fixed a refresh when a checkbox is clicked

Needs a lot of review. Also a todo as there's some specific things happening just for 'Hi59' but should probably be applied to all hd formats.

Added support for recording the following HD formats: 23ps - 1080p23.98, 24ps - 1080p24, Hp25 - 1080p25, Hp29 - 1080p29.97, Hp30 - 1080p30, Hi50 - 1080i25, Hi60 - 1080i30, hp50 - 720p50, hp59 - 720p59.97, hp60 - 720p60. Also rearranged window slightly so format names and descriptions show up better

Hmm this is behaving a little weirdly on my end on my home laptop - I'll have to give it a test on my work computers tomorrow to confirm. Right now the the list for selecting broadcast standard is empty of options (SD and HD). Also the GUI is booting into the 'Home' view by default, which is new behavior.

Can confirm still having same problems on Ubuntu machine at work - this also seems to have broken the ability to save changed settings and have them persist on my end. I'll test on a mac later today
