What package is missing from Amazon Linux 2023? Please describe and include package name.

This is a plugin for Collectd which allows to parse metrics from arbitrary log files.

Is this an update to existing package or new package request?

New package request, I couldn't find it on AL2023:

Seems like collectd-plugin-procevent is present in SUSE repo: https://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=collectd-plugin-procevent&submit=Search+...&system=&arch=.

Couldn't find on AL2.
