add `Touch` button in Tools Output section, next to desktop/mobile button in Devtool

While testing an example app (supabase-triplog) - i was able to test on desktop but not on the smaller screens.
Smaller screens require users to touch and scroll while current version of Devtool has no functionality to add scrollablity.

Current: No Touch button functionality

Expected: Touch button

Hi @udaykakade25, good catch indeed. Would it make sense to behave more like Chrome DevTools : enabling touch input in mobile mode while keeping pointer interactions for desktop mode?
