AT_Utils >version 1.9.4 break in 1.9 game

During my stream last night, we found that the actual broken bit was the AT_Utils, not GC, GC Core or CC.

I was told that you said to revert the mods, but in CKAN, you have to revert AT_Utils as well since it is installed seperately.

Hm... I have reports that 1.9.6 breaks it, but not the 1.9.4, since it was the version specifically made for 1.9.1

1.9.4 works, anything after it breaks

Fuel tanks have nothing, a new dialog opens up, but unable to assign anything.

i'm also having this issue, are there any drawbacks with 1.9.4 compared to latest ?
