[ARM] Add support for Realsense and Zed

Summary

We can't build ARM images for Zed and Realsense.

DOD:

• Works in simulation
• Documentation up-to-date
• Reviewed

Motivation

This complicates our workflow (exceptions in build and test).
Furthermore, now we switched to Jetson computers, we need ARM support to use these camera's on our robots.
