The joint_impedance_example_controller requires additional configuration to make work in our current setup. Therefore, we switched to cartesian_velocity_example_controller for now. The 'neat' way of doing this would be to create our own demo controller in rcdt_franka that we can launch. However, that is outside of the scope of this 1 Effort ticket.
