Description of the bug

After running configure, the following is still at the top of the .gitignore file:

# BEGIN DELETE AFTER INSTALL #
composer.lock
# END DELETE AFTER INSTALL #

Steps To Reproduce

Run php configure.php
Check .gitignore file
