Adding a customer, with empty remark, then finding with empty remark does not work.

Hi Team,

Good job thus far, thank you for checking several edge cases.

These are the steps I did:

1. addp n/John Doe p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com a/311, Clementi Ave 2, Adding a customer, with empty remark, then finding with empty remark does not work. #2-25 r/
   This will give me a successful add as shown in the screenshot below.

As you can see here, and as explained by your UG, as remarks are optional, adding an empty remark works. (I assume that this is the intended behavior)

2. In an attempt to find remarks using the command: findp r/

As seen above, returns me an error.

However, when adding a customer, I am allowed to leave the remark blank, but unable to search for remarks which are blank.

When I delete my created customer, it shows that my remark exists, but it is empty, but it does not make sense to not be able to search it, if lets say you allow a customer to be created with an empty remark.

Team's Response

We are reducing the severity simply because this is a flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product and appears only in very rare situations and causes minor inconvenience only.

This is because a baker would rarely face a scenario finding empty remarks for a person on too often an occasion. Our group implemented the usage of "remark" as an extra detail of a customer. Thus, finding customers with "no additional details" is not a common scenario as it would bring no additional benefit to the user.
