Lorentz transformations are used to transform station coordinates from GCRF to BCRF. The transformation depends on the Newtonian potential due to all solar system bodies (except Earth), evaluated at the geocenter. Sometimes, this potential is approximated by only considering the effect of the Sun. I am not sure of the impact of this simplification.
It would make sense to isolate a function to generate this potential and do some tests to understand the impact of the simplification
