Support for nested pagination attributes #51

The rails gem https://github.com/rails-api/active_model_serializers really encourages json responses for meta data like pagination to be included like so:

{"countries":[{"id":1,"code":"AU","description":"Australia"}],"meta":{"count":1,"total_count":1}}

It would be great if dynatable supported this, keep up the great work.
