Remove online update, MOVE, deprecated fields and old Maneater PHP site stuff from publishing.models.Issue

There's a lot of deprecated and Maneater-specific junk still floating around in the Issue model. We should remove it. In particular, there are the fields online_update, old_archive, poll, streaming, color, masthead_image and maneater_masthead_image.
