scan.js: (visual) Make it use react elements sent to tprint

Hello. When I run scan.js I see it adds something that disappears when I change tabs.

`ns.tprintRaw` exists and can receive a ReactElement. So if stuff is rewritten to use React elements, it would be able to have outputs that persist when changing tabs.

I am considering working on this myself, but am not committed to it.
